Thank you for shopping with Dolly & Dust Country Clothing. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Couriers Please. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.
International Shipping (New Zealand) We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times are 6–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the Australia Post or Couriers Please website.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@dollydustcountry.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
